DIVERSITY TRAINING

Diversity is an amazing workplace asset and with the right training can be leveraged to bring great value. We have developed training to support your team in valuing and balancing Alaska Native and Western cultures in the workplace, and approaching colonization and decolonization. We share perspectives and expectations with ways to improve communications, offer understanding, and promote diversity which all better support productive and supportive organization cultures.

GRANT WRITING & DEVELOPMENT

We offer grant writing and development training to build skills for developing a grant proposal for maximum points while expanding creative and descriptive writing skills. We offer tips, guidance, and what works with various funders.

Available to work with your organization and/or community for an onsite or virtual workshops.

UNDERSTANDING ALASKA NATIVE CULTURES

We offer an orientation to Alaska Native cultures and subsistence. Important for agencies, companies, and entities working in the Arctic to learn cultural values, subsistence lifestyles, and the various resources to consider in development projects, environmental assessments, and conservation approaches.

BOARD TRAINING

We can work with your board for understanding their important leadership roles and responsibilities of organizational development. We take the time to review your organizational documents and key concepts for good operations.
